Positives: Accommodations were Perfect! The bed was very comfortable. The proximity to the highway was also very convenient, The manager John turned the experience around for me. He was excellent at providing a quality experience.
Negatives: Initially when I arrived the front desk person was not very friendly especially when I asked about an earlier check in. She was also a little rude to my son when he went back a couple of hours later to check on the room. We were here for a hockey tournament for my grandson and as a handicapped grandmother it would have been nice to get settled before going to the game. I received a phone call from John around 3:30 informing me there was a problem with my reservation and the room we reserved was unavailable. He quickly resolved the problem and gave me different rooms which worked out beautifully. John was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. He even remembered my name the next morning. I'm in customer service myself, and I always try to go out of my way for my families. He did just that and turned my day around.

Positives: Breakfast was good, more food should have been made on time.
Negatives: I didn't like that there were teenage kids next door from my stay and they were making so much noise at night running and out and banging on my door while me and my family were trying to sleep. Our stay wasn't appreciated. We called for security but kids still continued to make nosies. A complimentary stay or two will be very much appreciated or a refund. Also we had to call maintenance because the heat in the room wasn't working.
It could have been better.
