The staff were incredibly helpful...

Essence was Amazing! We had a problem at the other location on West Natick with our reservation getting cancelled, even though we didn’t cancel. She was pleasant to have an idle chat and we could talk all night (if allowed-don’t want you in trouble).

The bed seemed like it was old and worn since the springs could be felt when sitting up or laying in the right spot.
