Room size was decent, location was good, it was close by stores and restaurants.

The whole building smelled like Marijuana, there were people there who appeared to be on some kind of substance living in this hotel. Wad charged an extra fee for my pets when it should've been included in price or advertised before staying. They say breakfast is included, breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, or muffins. The bed was hard, not very comfortable. It wasn't a bad experience, but I've had better stays at different hotels for the same price.

Nothing the place was horrible the manager was so rude she called the police on my 77 yr old mother said she didn't belong there when it was my mom who paid for the. This ain't the first time neither she threw us out a few months ago for absolutely no reason had 3police come there was supposed to be reimbursed to get the money back from corporate said that I'd definitely get.never did. Like 300 bucks. Place is horrible never again. Won't let me get an extended stay won't allow it. Place really stinks.

Had originally booked the Providence location of this brand of hotels but having seen their reviews (about 2/5) we changed to this location as the reviews were better.
The bedroom and whole hotel in general stank of cigarettes and marijuana. Found an empty can of “Febreze” under our bed which had been used to try and hide the cigarette smell. Fan in the bathroom sounded like an MRI scanner it was so loud. Deadbolt on door didn’t work, neither did the latch so we used one of the dirty towels we were provided to secure the door. There were lots of people living there, hanging around outside, and it didn’t feel particularly safe or sanitary. The “complimentary breakfast” was coffee, granola bars, sweaty muffins, and packets of oatmeal served on a bench opposite reception in the foyer.
Vending machine for drinks was broken and we were advised to cross the 6 lanes of traffic to a nearby convenience store to buy water.
Only a couple of sheets (no duvet or comforter) on the bed but didn’t request one from reception as couldn’t be sure if it would be clean. Only 3 pillows provided for a queen bed, but again, didn’t request additional as was wary of cleanliness.
All in all, not a great stay, and very thankful to check out after 4 nights.

The hotel room was old. I thought that this was going to be a very nice hotel. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room with coffee available which you usually get in all hotels.
The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and tiny muffin, maybe granola bar if there were any left.

We started off by walking in to a rude front desk person who didn't even acknowledge our presence for over 2 minutes and nobody was there. The actual check in person was the only bright spot. The room smelled terrible the hallways smelled of a weird combination of Marijuana, cigarettes (which were not supposedly allowed) and trash. It was horrible each time we had to walk out of the room which smelled bad itself. The room upon forst glance looked clean but my white socks were filthy after walking just to and from the bathroom a few times. Stains everywhere and it just didn't feel clean. Especially for nearly 250 a night. On top of all this we had "tuba Latin music" blasted until 9pm the first night and then again the next. We had to be up at 5am for our daughter's event. We slept terrible from all the noise late and then in the morning walked into the hallway to the strong odor of trash, Marijuana and God knows what else. If 0 was a possible rating I would give it.
We will probably never book with this again. Staff was rude and seemed annoyed by our presence each time we spoke to anyone employed there. We didn't bother asking for fresh towels as we were afraid what we might get. We would have left if we were able to find anything else with availability in the area. It's the ONLY reason we didn't leave the first night after driving 8 hours to get there
