Looked old , needed a facelift, also noticed a lot of finger prints and smudge marks on windows and doors, especially in the entryway. And people hanging outside in front of the door smoking cigarettes not very appetizing to walk into. Also, the sheets on the beds as seen better days didnt actually make me feel warm and fuzzy.
