Positives: I like the room, the access to the room, the facility is ok no complaints, enough parking but the staff are not really friendly. That's my only complaint not all the staffs. The older staffs they are friendly good customer service.

Positives: Check-in process was easy and I was given a printed confirmation of my check-in and payment.
Negatives: My family of four booked a stay at this hotel as we were in the area for a college orientation program. Check-in was easy and efficient. However, the next morning, my husband went to the front desk to request two face towels, as our room only had two face towels and four bath towels. The woman at the front desk who claimed to be the manager told him to bring down the dirty towels first before she would give any more towels. He did so and upon his return, she gave him one face towel and four bath towels in a closed bags which he did not open until returning back to the room. He went down to the front desk a third time and inquired about the face towels again as we still did not have enough. She became very irate with him and said she was checking us out and immediately called the police. When the police arrived, they took our statement and explained that despite the unusual circumstance we would have to leave even though our request was not unusual for a typical hotel stay and my husband was not disrespectful to the employee. My family travels often and have never witnessed such unacceptable customer service. We were in town for a college orientation that morning and due to these events made to look as criminals being escorted from the hotel. We had purchased perishable food which had to be wasted since we were made to leave the property with no place to keep the food at a safe temperature. With so much food insecurity this is disheartening. The manager at the Warwick, RI location needs to have sensitivity and diversity training revisited. The situation could have been remedied in a more professional manner and I would have continued to recommend Extended Stay to my colleagues as we have stayed at other locations with no issue.
