Negatives: We paid a lot of money, only to be placed in one of their worst rooms that still needed significant renovations. On top of that, the room was filthy! Urine smell, hair in the bathtub, visibly soiled toilet seat (likely human waste). When I initially complained to the manager, he was quite dismissive and refused to accommodate our request for late check out . Fortunately, I spoke to another manager the morning of our departure and she was much more helpful,

Positives: The young lady at the front desk,was very efficient and helpful with directions. This Hampton Inn was immaculate.The pool is huge and the hot tub was nice.
Negatives: No, although there are no signs to airport, on the main street,which was very close.That was our fault,we should have asked the front desk and it was 4:30 in the morning,so maybe we missed them,

Negatives: This hotel is awful!!!! The room was dirty and dingy. The furniture was old, dated, and in need of repair. The bathroom had some sort of white material on the floor which looked like spackle from the walls or ceiling. The toilet leaked water onto the floor whenever it was flushed. The bathtub had rust and caulking that was disgustingly filthy all around it. The carpet in the hallways and in the room was dirty and stained! This hotel offered a shuttle service on their website that did NOT exist. Overall, this hotel should be condemned!
