Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Providence/Warwick-Airport

Negatives: Hotel was basically under renovation, majority of the ceilings were not in place or they were laying on the ground. Took us 20mins to locate the pool because certain areas of the hotel were boarded up. To top everything off the toilet in my room was clogged and even after it was unclogged I had to flush at least 3times before it properly flushed then the fridge couldnt fully open or properly close, there was no ice bucket in my room and when I asked for one they told me there was nothing they could do about it

Negatives: Neither tv in the suite worked. Called 3 times and no one came to help. There was a large group staying on the same 4 of high school kids and it was RIDICULOUS how loud they all were. Nothing was done. My son and I got about 2 hours of sleep.

Negatives: Needs to be remodeled

Negatives: Older hotel, carpet needed cleaning, paint peeling on ceiling and grout needed touch up. Friendly, helpful staff

Negatives: One elevator worked the other hasn't worked in years they said.so long waits. They kept coming to my room Knocking For no reason. The maid let her self in at 9 am and when I yelled at her she looked at me like I was crazy.homeless Asking for cig,money,e

Negatives: Broken. Beat up furniture. Changed room.no heat on bedroom

Negatives: The room was absolutely shoddy,unclean,and the children were cold all night because the heat wouldn't work in the room. Called the front desk for assistance and was told nobody was available to check the heater,and all other rooms were occupied- so we couldn't switch rooms. Plaster was falling from the ceiling area near top of the window! Mold also present. The kitchenette sink had hair in it and was clogged all nite. Couldn't use it. Was disgusting. The pull-out couch had a big hole in it and the measly 4 inch mattress on it was horrendous- all springs sticking upwards!! Also,there were no blankets or extra pillows to use!Just unacceptable all the way around! Will be contacting the general manager tomorrow.I intend on receiving a full refund for this horrible experience! This hotel shouldn't be renting this room out in the deplorable condition it's in! We wanted to leave immediately, unfortunately for us,we couldn't- due to prior commitment in the area the next day. I will never recommend this place to anyone! I'll warn them to stay away.

Negatives: Some of the furniture in the room was wobbly and a lot of the maintenance looked like it was done in a sloppy way. Also, we stayed for the pool but it didnt open up until 3 oclock so we never got to enjoy it.
