Positives: Staff were excellent. I enjoyed having an option for a quick coffee and a piece of fruit at the breakfast. Hot options: oatmeal, eggs, potatoes were available as well

Positives: The receptionist. She was never without a smile and she took everything in stride while also handling my concerns with poise and grace. You got a special one here and she deserves commendation. I only answered this survey because she deserves notice

Positives: Pool was warm. Hot tub began working on day 2. Suite was spacious. Hot breakfast choices available. Decently clean.
Negatives: Hot tub was filthy and not functioning on day 1. One tv connected to cable on the first night. Then both tvs would not connect. I requested a blanket and sheets for the sofa bed. Was given sheets but no blanket.Pool hours inadequate and keys never worked.

Negatives: Not as clean as I expected. Loose sink fixture, rust in bathroom, old mattress, flat pillows, ripped carpet and scuffed paint in hallway. Felt dated and not cared for. You get what you pay for.

Positives: The staff were very professional and friendly.
Negatives: No hot water when I arrived at the hotel. Delayed my evening. I was told maintenance people were coming to work on the issue. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Rug was sticking to your feet. Toilet stayed running after each flush.

Positives: Very close to airport, great staff, very good breaksfast
Negatives: Remodeling, current colors were very dark, Lyft ride took long to pick me up and I had to arrange pickup (35 minutes in total) when I could have walked there if I knew in less time.
