Negatives: Our room was dark, the window was against a brick wall. There were stains on one of the sheets on the bed, the bathroom floor was sticky, the tv remote was missing buttons, and we couldn’t connect to streaming services on the television.

Negatives: They kept me awake all night ! Front desk girl who took my identification, credit card came pounding on my door at 12:15 am asking who I was , she kept calling me the wrong name and proceeded to tell me someone was trying to use my identity to check into a room and then walked away ! We called minutes later to get a thorough explanation , we did not receive one . Then at 5 am I received an email of my receipt, it had an incorrect credit card number on it , was not mine . Went down to straighten that out . She did not have my info and kept calling me the wrong name . I assume she put me in the wrong room that I booked and paid for on booking.com. Spoke to another person after her shift and felt I deserved a refund since I tossed and turned all night worried about my credit info in the wrong hands ! I emailed them , spoke directly to them and there was no resolution! Room was filled with ants as well .

Positives: Absolutely nothing. They refused to honor my reservations and gave my rooms away before we arrived, leaving me, my wife, my toddler, my 4 year old, my father, and my sister stranded without lodgings at midnight, before a 6 am flight out of TF Green airport, after driving 4 and a half hours from Bangor, Maine due to a flight cancellation.

When I initially complained to the manager, he was quite dismissive and refused to accommodate our request for late check out . Positives: The young lady at the front desk,was very efficient and helpful with directions. This Hampton Inn was immaculate.The pool is huge and the hot tub was nice.
Negatives: No, although there are no signs to airport, on the main street,which was very close.That was our fault,we should have asked the front desk and it was 4:30 in the morning,so maybe we missed them,
