Positives: The fitness room was nice
Negatives: We paid a lot of money, only to be placed in one of their worst rooms that still needed significant renovations. On top of that, the room was filthy! Urine smell, hair in the bathtub, visibly soiled toilet seat (likely human waste). When I initially complained to the manager, he was quite dismissive and refused to accommodate our request for late check out . Fortunately, I spoke to another manager the morning of our departure and she was much more helpful,

Positives: The young lady at the front desk,was very efficient and helpful with directions. This Hampton Inn was immaculate.The pool is huge and the hot tub was nice.
Negatives: No, although there are no signs to airport, on the main street,which was very close.That was our fault,we should have asked the front desk and it was 4:30 in the morning,so maybe we missed them,

Negatives: The hotel was in the middle of being remodeled and the website never said anything about it. The pool was gross, the shower in my room was gross. The TV didn't work for a complete day. The AC/heater vent was filled with all kinds of dust and garbage. Overall I will choose another hotel next time.

Negatives: This hotel is awful!!!! The room was dirty and dingy. The furniture was old, dated, and in need of repair. The bathroom had some sort of white material on the floor which looked like spackle from the walls or ceiling. The toilet leaked water onto the floor whenever it was flushed. The bathtub had rust and caulking that was disgustingly filthy all around it. The carpet in the hallways and in the room was dirty and stained! This hotel offered a shuttle service on their website that did NOT exist. Overall, this hotel should be condemned!

Positives: The location and pool ( have stayed at Hampton Inns with excellant customer experience and am an honors member. The noxious odor on entering hotel and filthy conditions of elevator were discouraging (no inspection sticker in elevater) room stained blood?
Negatives: cont'd from above room carpet had dark stain looked like blood I am RN ,smelled did not look fresh. Checked out immediately. Woman at front desk would not give us manager contact. Did not feel safe in hotel. People lurking in doorways outside,

Positives: The bed was super comfortable!!
Negatives: Hotel was basically under renovation, majority of the ceilings were not in place or they were laying on the ground. Took us 20mins to locate the pool because certain areas of the hotel were boarded up. To top everything off the toilet in my room was clogged and even after it was unclogged I had to flush at least 3times before it properly flushed then the fridge couldnt fully open or properly close, there was no ice bucket in my room and when I asked for one they told me there was nothing they could do about it
