Very close to airport, great staff, very good breaksfast

Remodeling, current colors were very dark, Lyft ride took long to pick me up and I had to arrange pickup (35 minutes in total) when I could have walked there if I knew in less time.

We stayed last year and they told us it was being remodeled. One year later they still haven’t changed the furniture in the room which was gross. I don’t like to write reviews but you need to upgrade the furniture in the lobby and in the room. Thank you.

The pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was decent
Negatives:
The rooms were a mess the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in and there were holes in the wall where outlets were ripped out. The beds were so uncomfortable and there was little to no place to store things. The refrigerator did not fit in the space it was in and rocked every time you opened it. The front desk was often left empty and the flavored creamers were not put out because the housekeepers steal them as per an employee that snuck them out to us!

Terrible mattress. would sink in the middle. Everything, everywhere, was nasty. Hair dryer not workable, plumbing hooks up in reverse. One individual at the desk was unable to credit a charge back to my credit card. I weas told, "I am sorry, but I don't know how to do that".
