Convenient and clean. I have liked this hotel since the first time I stayed there last year.
Negatives:
Paying for parking is still new based on the location. I would expect to pay if it were a downtown hotel with garage parking.

Very clean super friendly staff and the on site restaurant Iron Works was absolutely the best. Breakfast in the lobby area was also very good.

Not a real big deal but my view out of my window was a brick wall. The rest of the property made up for it though.

We were in RI for our 17th Anniversary and this hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. As soon as we stepped in the lobby we were greeted warmly and I noticed how clean everything looked and smelled(I'm a bit of a clean freak). The front desk staff made sure we knew where everything was and what was available. We had a King Suite that was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hot tub and pool area were very clean and the outdoor patio area was amazing to sit at in the evening. Our stay was perfect!
