Negatives: The cooling system in these Hilton properties hits you with a blast of cold air and then lets you get warm again. All night was hot-cold-hot-cold.

Positives: Location was great for returning rental car and getting to 6 a.m. flight

Negatives: Airport shuttle didnt start in time to get us to our flight, information that I didnt see on the website. I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle and was walking distance from rental car return. We discovered the airport interlink walkway and used that instead of a $42 Uber. Would have been nice if check-in person told us about that option when she said our only options to get to the airport at 4:30 a.m. were Uber or Lyft.

Negatives: Everything was an additional fee. They made it seem like the breakfast was complimentary but then charged us $12 for the bagel and hard boiled egg my daughters shared (and requested gratuity for the waiter that brought us a knife). They also charge guests $12/day for parking!!!
