that you could hear every noise above our room the internet/wifi not working for 24hours. our room smelt funky the remote for the TV didn't want to operate correctly. the hot water was just lukewarm they say its the correct temperature (I beg to differ)

I did not get the room that I reserved and was treated poorly about it. One staff member was especially rude. When we went into our room it was clearly not cleaned food on the counter urine on the bathroom floor and dried blood on the couch

The staff. Weve stayed a couple times and every staff member weve come across is so friendly, helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. The amenities are why we stay here, as we have young kids and spend a lot of time enjoying all the hotel has to offer.

Rooms all have a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Mattresses in the pull out couches are awful. TVs need to be updated to smart TVs.
