Hot water. The bed was good. They had a recliner in the room. Breakfast was what was expected

The pool wasn't as clean as expected. We arrived an hour early and although we knew we might not get our room, we had to use a bathroom and was told there wasn't one we could use even after it was confirmed they had our reservation. There was a water leak from the ceiling in the hall outside our room and a small bucket to catch the water kept being moved and there were no signs cones or warning of the leak. The hotel ran out of water (none what so ever not even a drip) caused by something that they didn't know why. I can't blame the hotel, it might have been something out of their control since there was heavy construction next to the hotel

It is a convenient location off the highway. Free parking is a bonus. Having a small market in the lobby was helpful. The room was clean.

The floors in the breakfast area were sticky every day. The hallways were dusty from construction. The room was clean but the beds were not comfortable and the A/C was loud.

The front desk associate gave me a room key that was for another guests room. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I was given a room with 1 king bed. 1 elevator that took forever. The maids took up the use of the elevator at critical time of checking out, so we were forced to use the stairs. No english was spoken by them or understood. People walking by our room until late at night on the way to the pool. Smoke detector kept going off after showering (opening door from bathroom) this might be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Very disappointing!!!!
