The price for the quality
Negatives:
Well the room was quite warm but I was able to get the tempature under control. Also, there was no remote in the room for the TV.
Positives:
Clean room, upgraded shower and sink. Very impressed with breakfast - eggs, beacon, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, waffles etc. Lower cost that almost everyone else!
Negatives:
Older TV and remote caused very slow response to channel changes. Not easy to get to hotel when coming north on Hiway 95.

There were no towels in our room when we arrived. We almost had to switch rooms as 11:30 pm because no one had a key to laundry. There was garbage in the hallways. The cold air was blowing when we got there and there was an odd odor in the room

Close to area I wanted to be. Tolerably clean.
Negatives:
Toilet broken, loud neighbors, stains on bedspread.
