Motel 6-Warwick RI - Providence Airport - I-95

Negatives: Dirty, dirty sheets, tub did not drain, hallway and stairs dirty

Negatives: We were greeted with our booking was cancelled. Took almost 2 hours to get our room. Apparently, staff knew we were the only booking that wasn't cancelled because they knew my name. Sign said coffee in am and there wasn't any. Booking cancelled because homeless people occupying rooms. First room not empty. Second room had to be cleaned.

Negatives: It's just sub par overall.

Negatives: No refrigerator or microwave.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: dirty hallways smelled bad

Negatives: everything was good

Negatives: First room no heat had to go hunt for front desk staff ... 2nd room had to go get new remote then TV has no signal ... the place was dirty .... grounds a mess .... booking.com should have nothing to do with this place

Negatives: People who has Indian like accent. They bully me cuse I have Rus national background. And first problem - he cpuld not to enter my Allien card and asked me for enemies traveling passport.

Negatives: The property is not well maintained at all. Everything in this place is dirt dirty. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Our room was not clean at all. Name any surface in our room and it was filthy including the ceilings,walls, phone,tables etc. I didn't even want to touch anything in my room. The bedsheets smelled and had stains on them that clearly were not changed before we checked it. The bedsheets and even shower curtain had cigarette burn holes in them. Even though we had to rent a smoking room, I shouldn't have my towels smelling like smoke. The ice machine wasn't working. The ac unit leaked all over the floor and we tried using the heat but had to shut it off due to the burning smell it created. The ac unit clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I don't think they do anything but change the trash when "cleaning" these rooms.
