We had to pay for parking even though we had nowhere to park due to a wedding. Our shower head almost flew off when we took a shower in room 436. We told staff but nothing was done that I know of.

Every thing was great. My one and only complaint is that the bathroom sink is ridiculously small and narrow. You cannot wash your face or brush your teeth without hitting your head on the mirror in front of it.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was an area rug under the bed but otherwise the floors were not carpeted. Bath products were good. The bar/restaurant had a nice location on the river and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The HVAC unit was noisy and could not be turned off. The bathroom had an impractically small sink and few rather flimsy towels.

Very cool building like re-worked warehouse along the river. Super nice room felt like a Loft apartment more than a hotel. Loved the wood floors and brick walls. Comfy bed, clean linens, nice bathrooms.

The restaurant was good and the outdoor patio was very nice. Although the had speakers but couldn't play music supposedly due to construction., which was disappointing. Also the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water
