We loved the industrial building but the room felt like a cement block..some artwork or decor might make it feel less like that. There was also the heat/pipes that woke us in the night. Once we realized what it was and shut it it was better but it was very loud.

Positives:
My third stay at this hotel and it is consistently great. Staff are really friendly and professional. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Great showers. Great food and drink selection for dinner and breakfast. The outside terrace on the river is a nice place to relax.
Negatives:
Car park is across the street and it was raining, but that is a minor thing. Plus, the parking is free!

The staff was nice. The restaurant was nice and food was good, just a little pricey which was to be expected. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
You could hear the people above you. There was no mini fridge so I brought left overs back and had to throw them away. Bathroom was a little strange. I didn't love the sink. I just felt like I was making a mess.

Positives:
One of my favorite places to stay in RI. It is conveniently located right in the middle of all the places I love to visit. Providence, Newport and all the beaches, great places to walk and eat.
Comfy bed, staff is always accomodating, very clean

Positives:
Not your typical suburban chain hotel. Lots of character. Great location on the river. Good brewery within easy walking distance. Nice shower with rain head.
Negatives:
Bathroom wall doesn’t go to ceiling over shower so lacking some privacy. The polished concrete floors are a bit slippery when wet and not the best bathroom surface. All the bare concrete can be a bit much between floor, ceiling, and walls.
