My problem was with my reservation. I reserved a king studio. I was given an ADA room with a full size bed. Husband had to sleep in the couch.

Our room wasn't ready when we first arrived, they were still cleaning which wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Breakfast was disappointing and the sausage looked almost raw and there wasn't much to choose from.

A little disappointed. Most of the warm food was cool instead. Not a great selection.

The biggest complaint is the shower doors would not stay closed during the shower. Water flooded the floor. We stayed 3 nights but the cleaning staff never came to our room one time.

I was not expecting that they do not clean the room, even when I asked 3 day in a row, I had to basically place the garbage bag outside the room. They treat it like a short rent thing. I was there for a long stay due to my mother being in the hospital and the last thing I needed is to come to a dirty room. I spoke with the desk attendant a couple times, with the cleaning crew etc. Until I basically demanded the room to be cleaned. This is not what is expected for the price of a Hilton.
