We had to ask 3 days in a row for our bed to be made. Even after housekeeping came in on the second day they just refreshed towels. There was even an empty tissue box that they didn't refill. Walked right over the sheets we had in the floor.

The room was gorgeous and clean. The bed was insanely comfortable.
Negatives:
I would have given this location a 10 out of 10 but the breakfast was awful. I'm sure the waffles would have been good but the lines were too long. Everything inside the warming box must have been there since 7:00 and not changed out because it was all hard as a rock and not edible. I had juice and cereal after that.
