Negatives: Cleanness , tv and Frigidaire not working

Negatives: Booked a smoking room, didnt get one but the deposit is only $20 so up to you if you want to lose your deposit for the privilege of smoking in your room. The wifi sucked and the hotel was full of fema people.

Negatives: Reserved a double bed room as we are a family of 5 and was given a king bedroom so we ended up having to get a blowup mattress, other occupants was outside smoking weed and you could smell it walking up to our room. The rooms didn’t have a trash can so had to get our own garbage bag, they inspected the room before we checked out and wouldn’t get my $20 deposit until we discarded of the trash ourselves. The TV kept going in and out while watching tv. The bathroom didn’t look like it was swept or mopped as there was hair behind the door, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to asked for invoice after checkout.

Negatives: Dirty room, Frigidaire and tv not working, not wi do, nobody changed sheets, towels in 10 days, nobody cleaned the room.

Negatives: The bed had a huge dent in it where it was worn out like it was slept in the same spot every night... it wasnt clean.. in order to get clean wash cloths n towels i had to take the dirty ones to the staff every morning so they would bring clean ones.. this hotel normally charges 45-50 per night but when hurricane helene hit went up to 100 per night... the only reason i stayed in this hotel is because it was the only 1 that had any vacancies which im guessing the reason is because their scores were 1 of the lowest in anderson.... at night nothing but a bunch of drug deals go on... better keep your room door shut at all times or you will be robbed and make sure nobody can get in your car or you may wake up without a car....if you can even get any sleep from all the drug dealing going on right outside your door!!!
