Negatives: lights worked floor was updated but dirty, desk chair was soiled and wet. The beds appear clean until you get to them. The bath is nasty, frig has dog poop between door/floor, cut phone, iron muddy cut plug, and maybe cameras using the app on phone rm2

Negatives: For starters I had to clean my own bathroom because it was filthy and nasty there was drug addicts walking. Around all hours of the night the room was dilapidating holes in the walls the place smell God awful and the stuff was rude as hell etc

Negatives: My room was nasty as soon as I walked in. No shower curtain. The sink wasn't attached to the pipes and when you turned the water on in ran all in the floor. Hood hotel for real.

Negatives: The staff could have been nicer

Negatives: The shower got mildly warm. The room was absolutely gross. The guy checking into the hotel in front of me asked for extra towels and she said no and couldnt promise them for the next day either. Safety felt like an issue as well. The walls were paper thin and the things obviously going on there made me feel completely unsafe. I wont book here again.

Which he gave till 11:30 and I got in office a couple minutes after that because I was up all night itching!!The AC rattledUnless u want to be infested with bedbugs & ripped off I wouldnt recommend going there!!

Negatives: First of all I asked for a wheelchair accessible room and when I got there they have me on the second floor. So then they put me on the first floor in a so-called wheelchair accessible room but you couldn't even fit the wheelchair in the bathroom to get to the bathtub. So I had to put my husband in a chair and physically push him into the bathroom to get to the bathtub. my husband recently had a stroke so he's paralyzed on his left side. Once he got into the bathtub he couldn't stand up because of the bar on the wall was sideways where he couldn't hold on to it so he said he he would sit down to a bath instead. When he was done he could not stand up on his own because of the bar. So then we had to call the front desk and see if somebody could help him get out of the bathtub she said that she would see if the maintenance man would come and help and he did. Also the room was not big enough for his wheelchair to roll around in without hitting the bed or the TV stand. I also called and asked if they had a laundry room I was told no they had laundry service that they would do for me for a fee. And I was right next to the laundry room where you could do your own laundry. Rewinding to the first of my visit I had to give the receptionist $20 cash for a remote fee. The website said no hidden fees. The room was dirty I had to clean the bathtub out before you get into it and the sheets and comforter were Staind.

Negatives: The room needed updating, the tub had what appeared to be rust, towel rack was beginning to rust. The room needed cleaning, mattress had a large dip in it, there was a lot of noise.
