Hotel lobby is a complete mess. It smells poorly, rooms are not clean. My son kept telling me that he was itchy. Then the same night the news tells us bed bugs are on the rise as well as rabies. Television has only 11 channels, no cable and tv remote covr

We didn't even stay at the hotel. We pulled into the parking lot and could immediately tell it was a crack house. That is not an exaggeration. It is literally a crack house. I have issued a stop payment on my Visa to have my money refunded.

The door lock was broken the mirror was broken the sheets on the bed had black hair all over it (I have gray hair and my husband is bald) and oh yeah it had roaches

Refrigerator did not work. No coffee or coffee pot light switch cover missing in bathroom. One light bulb was burnt out in lamp. Exterior door very hard to open

Everything, no one is ever at the front desk, the room was horrible, no shower curtain, no outlet cover on the bathroom light switch, water stains on the ceiling, Tears in the comforter, holes in the sheets, and the best, Im covered in bed bug bites!!!

No manager on duty...wasn't offered a different room however didn't finish the stay, very uncomfortable. I don't know how the room passed inspection of liveable.
