From the 4 yrs ago we stayed there , it has been run down. No soap on our first night then 2nd night no shampoo for 2. I told staff about the soap and it was taken care of but didnt heck the rest.

Television totally amateur, unsat, total waste. Why can't Hampton Inns use Roku TV and cable so people can access their Neflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Nobody watches cable tv crap anymore. No channel guide so it took forever to figure out what you were watching. It is like going into a gas station for coffee and having instant coffee instead of good coffee. We decided not to stay the second night and be punished by watching that crap on tv. 40 channels, mostly worthless garbage.

Two nights for $389.00 should have at least a decent tv system.

Breakfast was fair. I did expect it to be better. A microwave in the breakfast to warm muffins or danish would be good. The toaster did not toast. No orange juice on the second morning.
Negatives:
The duvets has spots/stains. The air conditioning was hot or cold, hard to adjust to comfort. Carpet could have been better vacuumed.

The property did not have the room they had promised us. Took over an hour to check in because they couldnt make their system change the room due to us booking from a third party. Breakfast was
very poor for a Hampton! Things were broken, and didnt have many of their breakfast items.
