Positives:
The location was in good proximity to the Soft Crab Festival in Port Royal. It was within easy driving distance of Historic Beaufort. There were multiple restaurants offered to us on a single sheet of paper. We opted for for Dockside, which was easy to get to.
Negatives:
I was disappointed that the buffet was close to $20 per person. I had just spent two nights in Charleston at a Springhill Suites which had complimentary breakfast plans. The restaurant could have at a minimum put some bagels and coffee out to serve to the guests.

Nice and quiet the 1st...

The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting Beaufort.

The hotel is situated backwards so you approach the back of the hotel and not the front

Housekeeping. I asked for service one day and didn't receive it. So I had to go down to the front desk to get towels and washcloths that evening.

The staff was not very friendly or welcoming upon arrival . I booked this on booking.com and after I left noticed I was overcharged and called the property who more or less could care less and said it was a Booking.com problem. Clearly, the property changed my rate so it is very confusing that they refused to take care of the overcharge. I have reached out to Booking.com who I am still waiting to hear back from. I have sent them my Booking.com confirmation and proof of what I was charged to show the overcharge.
