My room had a view of the marsh what the city is known for.

Checking in was a nightmare considering you didnt talk to a person at the counter. You are made to stand in front of a large screen and talk to someone who isnt physically there. Check in took double the time it should have

No staff seen at all. The grounds were littered with beer cans and trash. Homeless people sitting on the picnic tables at night close to our room.
