The front desk staff was friendly, compassionate, respectful and is a joy to talk to

My family and I were staying at this hotel because we was waiting on our new home to be set up. The bedding was white linen it had dingy dirt spots on it and cigarette holes or burn spots. While on the room is a non-smoking room sign.. I had to go to the front desk to get more bedding to put on top of the bed to sleep on during my stay because it was a non-refundable booking..
