Staff was not present for check in. Left note that they would be back in 10-15 min and lobby was locked. Waited 15 + min and had no idea how long they were actually going to be gone for. So left to get food to prevent myself continuing to get frustrated by the lack of professionalism of the staff. Very limited options for food or entertainment in area.

There isn't enough personal items( toothpaste, shampoo/ conditioner, lotion). None of those items. No alternative to coffee, no tea bag, no hot cocoa. The bed was horrible! A non smoking room with small cigarette burns on linen.
If attention is paid, they will be a better place to stay.
