The TV went out for one of the nights, there was a large bug in the bathroom one morning, and they only clean a room every 7 days (request isn't an option) which is fine ...but to get new towels or plates you need to go to the front desk.

Nothing because the person at the desk name Wynonna call me right before my wife and I was 20 minutes from the place and informed me that my room was no longer available.Im pretty sure she sold our room to the highest bidder since it was Memorial Day weekend.This was one of the most embarrassing situations that I have encountered and it made my wife and I frantically search for a room which was almost impossible to fit our needs.And the worst part was Wynonna at least that what she said her name was didn’t care at all that we traveled almost 5 hrs and had this room booked since Tuesday.And then the next day she still had the audacity to charge my card.

The first room bathroom had not been cleaned. The second room was decent. It was for an overnight stay so it was durable.
Negatives:
We came from Georgia, our plans are to come back. Maybe not to this location. The rest room in the first room was not cleaned prior to our stay. It was hot at first and then we were placed in another room which was decent. This is my third time staying at this location. So I was very familiar with the hotel. Although, my experience was not the best this time around. The breakfast selection is not what my spouse expected. But something is better than nothing at all.
