The tv in the room next door was so loud we could hear it through our wall.
People talking loudly and apparently partying all night on our floor.
Playing games with my cancellation request. I requested my second day be canceled because the stay was horrible, and it appears no one was able to accommodate my requests. I'm being charged for a 2nd day that I didn't use because of this facilities failure to maintain the proper staff. I'm completely dissatisfied and wouldnt recommend booking.com or this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed that it was away from all the island traffic but still close enough to get anywhere on the island in 30 min or less. And it was very close to the Tanger outlets.
