Passable
Positives:
I loved the cleanliness of our room. We also loved the firepit. The location was close to the interstate which made it easier to get back and forth.
Negatives:
We weren't really satisfied with the drinks at the bar. I think the bartender may be a little inexperienced to be working alone. They were cordial. I think with more training, they would be on point.

Bad
Positives:
it was close to North Charlestons tager outlets
Negatives:
1st room we got put into smelt like cigarettes really badly. went to see if we can get another room and we were able to buy it was only better by the smell. it had mold above the bath tub. holes in walls. people watching you as you walk to your car. one of the hotels that would work for a single dude but not a couple or family.

Exceptional
Positives:
Since I was traveling on the budget, I didn’t have high expectations. It was worth the price I paid for - one exception of hazard negligence i wasn’t informed of. I blame the company not the stuff though.
Room was clean-ish, however I killed a couple cockroaches though, bed was decent and clean bathroom. Internet and parking was ok. Friendly staff despite from my observations, the employees were short staffed and worked really hard. This speaks volume about the people who work there however so little about the company who puts so much pressure on the very few employees they have.
Negatives:
For the price I knew I couldn’t have high expectations. It’s not a 3 or so star accommodation. Decent 1 star.
I was expecting worst.
However, I informed the management upon my arrival I was traveling with a service dog, so I would normally expect from the management to inform me of any danger my dog and I might face during our stay. Pure common sense. - ??
My service dog was attacked by off the leash vicious pit bull on the property of the hotel. The dog belonged to one of their guests who simply lost control of their dog.
Pit bull breed is generally considered a very dangerous animal and are mostly black listed at hotels and so. Not at this one apparently.
I booked the room for 8 nights. I left after 4 nights because of the negligence.
This was supposed to be my very first vacation almost 2 year lockdown in NY. I had to drive back because I couldn’t find affordable accommodations due to approaching Memorial Day weekend.
I have contacted the headquarters on their website - no response. I have reached out on their FB page - I got a response- “we will get back to you”. The more I wait for any action from the company the more frustrated I get. I will not let it rest.

I’d rather not.
Positives:
Nothing about this was good. Filthy room. Litter strewn about the breezeway and outdoor stairs. Only 2 lights in the room worked.
Negatives:
Not enough room here to have a comprehensive list. Suffice to say it was disgusting

Negatives:
I booked this stay through booking.com who went ahead and charged me for the stay. upon checking in I was charged again when I should’ve only been charged a deposit (which I would get back). Currently working with the hotel and booking.com to get $$$ back.
The room smelled horrible like rotted wood (if that’s even a smell). The floor looked as if it had not been mopped in months. we placed towels on the floor so our feet wouldn’t touch. No elevators, so if you get the 3rd floor be prepared to walk 3 flights of stairs with all your luggage. The location was great, right next to the crown plaza however the people hanging around the hotel were sketchy! The lights beside our bed would not work, the phone had no buttons as they had all been broken off, and the remote would not work.
