Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple April 15, 2024
Positives: Location - location - location! This Hampton could not have been located in a better place. Visitor Center directly across the street, free city shuttle buses right there, and loads of restaurants and pubs within a short distance.
Negatives: The Hampton Inn is a bit dated. It is clean and well maintained. The usual amenities such as fridge and microwave are not included. A big deal? Nope. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom but have wall-mounted soap and shampoo. Staff is VERY freindly!!!

Positives: Location and price, free breakfast, and close to parking garage
Negatives: Annoying clicking sound every 5 mins when the AC was on

Positives: It was in a great location.
Negatives: It was very dated... there was rust around the bathtub, the wallpaper was peeling. The hall carpets were worn. The elevators were hot and muggy.

Positives: Location perfect. Potential great property as historic building, but.
Negatives: Checked in and room had not been cleaned. Given another room right away, but it was smaller, interior window, carpet smelled and was dirty, and heat/AC did not work.

Positives: Superb room this time (roomy, sofa, quiet, fridge). We stay here often & Room 147 was our favorite of the many we have occupied. Liked that the all-day coffee station had been relocated.
Negatives: It was freezing cold. A/C in our room was set to 65 degrees when we entered. We turned it off. Room temp never rose above 70 degrees (A/C was blasting in the hallways, too). No heat was available. We spent our room time huddled under the bed covers, ie never sat on the lovely sofa. Several mid-range TV channels were outof course the one on which my husband wanted to watch sports included. The usual potatoes (delish) were missing @ breakfast.
