The tissue box was nearly empty when I arrived and when they came to clean, never replenished. I should have alerted them to it but neglected to, unfortunately. And another in our party needed an additional pillow and called down to desk for one. They had it available but no one to bring it up to the room so guest who was already in pjs had to dress again to get pillow

The entire stay was excellent. It was clean, lovely staff, very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we liked the safety features of keycards. We will definitely return.

The rooms are large and can easily accommodate 6 people especially since the pull-out bed has a curtain offering privacy. The breakfast is better than average. This hotel provides a lot of value for the money. Although not in downtown Charleston, the location is great since you are in between Charleston, the beach, and the airport. There are a lot of great restaurants on the same road as this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with kids at The Citadel or College of Charleston or if you are visiting Charleston for vacation or Children's Hospital.
