Positives: The front desk staff were extremely nice.

Negatives: The deadbolt on the door kept coming out when trying to close the door from the outside making it difficult to shut the door when leaving. The room door wasn't sealed well on the top and the bottom (could see the trees on the outside with the room door closed) and a cigarette smoke was coming in the room. The bed was also a little firm for me.

Positives: The pool was nice. The location was convenient to Shem Creek.

Negatives: The room smelled musty. The room was hot, every bit of 82 degrees despite the a/c on 60 degrees. There were hairs on the "clean" bed sheets. There were hairs on the vanity area and shower curtain. The bathroom smelled like afro-shein. The bathroom was small, if you're 300+ lbs, you're not going to fit.
