The hallway was very hot and humid, the room I was in the bathroom was outdated. It had a non-slip mat in the shower that was falling apart The fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed and there was a stain on the ceiling by the bathroom

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my stay from July 14,2025 to July 15, 2025 From the start, the hotel had a strong odor in the elevator and uncomfortably hot, humid hallways — not a great welcome.
The biggest issue came at checkout when I found my car, parked under a tree in your lot, covered in ants—inside and out. This raises major concerns about pest control and property maintenance.
These issues seriously impacted my experience. I ask that you investigate and take action to improve your facilities and grounds. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this.
