Was disappointed by cleanliness of the room. The bedside was sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The floor was also less than ideal. My wife initially walked barefoot in the room and found she had picked up some discarded dental floss.

The lady at the desk was fantastic. Her and my 5 year old daughter chatted it up forever.

The linens on the one bed seemed used and not clean. 3 of us slept in one bed because it was so late we didn't have the energy to ask for new clean linens. Also the faucets (shower and bath) continuously ran/leaked.

Ashley was great at the front desk. Booking.com had my reservation wrong and as she explained they had no other rooms available with 2 queen beds. Which is what my reservation was for. But Booking.com got it wrong. Ashley spent 2 minutes on the phone and computer trying to get us into a 2 bedroom unit. The only one left was out of service for an odor in the bathroom from a chemical treatment. We saw the room and took it ! Anyway. It was acceptable to us but not what we expected. I think a refund is in order!!!!!!!!!

TV did not work front desk clerk was rude toilet got stopped up no plunger asked for my room to be clean they didn’t change. The bedsheets was supposed to get two queen size beds and each room did not get it. Phone did not work. Sheets had stains on them.
