The two rooms that were ava both were dirty. One smelled of smoke and you have to pay a deposit for this that they would have kept.

When we 1st arrived, we kept having to run back to the front desk because our room key did NOT WORK ( walk up there at least 4 times) before they decided to just give us a DIFFERENT ROOM…. The room that was given to us was DIRTY & it STINKED…. Upon entering the room we check the beds, which is when we found a old dirty bra and a belt under the mattress…they had bugs & roaches…. They DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST, they serve muffins & coffee…..We had a family of 4 & they were tripping about giving us towels for our 4 night stay…. we payed for 4 nights, stayed only 1, they did not want to give us a refund… so we decided to take that lost… and go find another room more better… and DID NOT REGRET IT AT ALL

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I could tell it was no longer in business. I had to quickly book a room elsewhere...otherwise I would’ve had the presence of mind to take pictures of the building, which was dirty and unkempt with vines growing all over it, and had stray cats living in the rear parking lot. I will be demanding my money back from Booking.com.
