I feel like it is not kept up well. My bathroom door had a hole in it from something hitting it. The pool was murky and most of the front desk people were nice but one young lady that worked check out she acted like she hated her job and was real rude and snotty.

I also like how quickly they solved the problem when the light went out in our room.
