The setting was great the dayshift staff was great I'm not sure of her name she was AA with short hair she made my stay better after night shift Teresa was very rude and sarcastic after she made sure I knew her name as if the manager and her are close and she is top paid in her words

There was a glitch with card reader when checking in as I paid for my visit Teresa said the machine timed out after I used my card so the payment was taken from me but Theresa the front desk clerk had me wait in lobby until I had someone come at 230 am and repay to get checked in and was very sarcastic rude out of uniform. They maybe short staff so I assume that's why they allow this
