The staff is the best part of this property, especially the ladies who assisted us with breakfast each morning. They were kind and helpful and even encouraged us when we were struggling with our children. They definitely were the highlight of our stay at this property!!!
Negatives:
The rooms were horrible! No toilet paper was restocked so we had to use tissues and fast food napkins! We told the counter about it the next morning and we never saw housekeeping. We ended up going down to get a couple rolls ourselves. The room including the fridge were not cleaned! We found trash from the previous visitors and the fridge was disgusting!! The second room we rented had no air conditioning so it was 80 degrees in the room overnight. The indoor “heated” pool was small and was an ice bath because the heater was broken. While we were there, they had construction going on to redo the front desk and painting the lobby. They should have left that alone and spent their money upgrading their outdated rooms and broken pool heater!!!
