Positives: The location and price point were excellent. The young staff members working the front desk were friendly and professional. The bedding and bed were comfortable and clean.
Negatives: Our room smelled mildly of stale smoke. The bathroom was clean but it was dated and showing signs of decline. The elevator and common room area showed signs of wear and tear.

Positives: the girl at the front desk when we check in was very nice and helpful
Negatives: ceiling was painted and sprayed with popcorn texture recently and it looked like was about to fall on top of us, right on top of the bed, same in the bathroom, got pictures and is hard to believe that we were at a Hyatt.

Negatives: Had reserved a room with a king bed, when checking in they said that they didnÂ't have any left so they gave us a double full. Key card system wasnÂ't working so no keys for the room.

Negatives: No mirowave I am handicapped and there were no connected rooms availabe so my aide could be close. Staff very unfriendly. Nothing about the dining availabiliy was as shown in the ad.

Positives: Close to interstate. Staff was kind and helpful. There are some stains on the furniture and carpets but nothing i couldn't live with and I'm picky these days. Definitely worth the 77 bucks i paid. We will definitely be back.
