Quality Inn & Suites Columbia

Negatives: Nothing was clean. No toilet paper at all in room. Had to request both towels and toilet paper. Both nights same. Breakfast was very poor.

Negatives: I was surprised to find out the facility was both smoking and non-smoking. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned and when I opened the door, there was a cockroach running down the door. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund, I was told the manager was not on site at the time to approve that. Then the guy acts as if he was doing me a favor by giving me another room. Supposedly when I book the two adjacent rooms that I wanted, they were in the smoking section. Now that I am asking for "Non-smoking" rooms, he had tried his best to accommodate me. The nerve of him after I told him I did not want to stay in roach infested hotel. Needless to say the following 6 to 7 hours I was there were not the most pleasant. I will never go to another Quality Inn again as long as I live.

Negatives: Dirty, smelled, shower curtain rod about to fall off

Negatives: The facility looked dirty. Rooms had torn blinds and looked like it housed nothing but drug addicts.

Negatives: They charge $100 deposit

Negatives: Very run down and lacking cleanliness

Negatives: The bathtub needs improvement. Shampoo was very cheap feeling. The soft drinks were too expensive. The area seemed dangerous. There was a woman outside that seemed sketchy, she stayed outside a long time just wondering around. The bar of soap was very small.

Negatives: Accused of me stealing towels and rags. Once I showed her where they were she stated that she will take $10 out of my deposit because the Tv remote was missing . I told the young lady, we never had a remote we had to operate the Tv by the buttons at the bottom of the RCA television. The young lady did not believe me . I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here. This hotel will try and take your deposit some way . Be careful! The towels and rags they did have was dingy ! The did not have pillowcases on neither pillow . Bed sheets had stains on them .

Negatives: Not a safe location, everything is outdated. Mold in bathrooms. AC doesnt work properly. When arrived room was set to 83 never cooled off.

Negatives: The contential breakfast....the only put a little bit of eggs that ran out.. no jelly or other spreads to put on bread or bagels. How they run out of breakfast at 730 am on a Saturday with hardly any guests.
