Great place to stay with the family. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was hands down the best Ive ever had a a hotel.

The thing less than perfect was the location. We booked this property because it is close to our family, but it is about a 15 minute drive from the city. On the plus side, it is located near major highways and it is easy to reach other parts of Columbia.

Negatives:
When booking this stay, we were told there was no penalty for cancellations. Due to medical issues we couldnt arrive until Tuesday instead of Monday. When I cancelled Monday night only, my rate went up yo$199.00 a night. I finally got them to reduce it a little but nothing like the price I was given at time of making the reservation.

I didnt receive room service during my stay. The room carried a weird moldy smell. We walked into the dining hall for some breakfast and water at 6:15am on Saturday morning before checking out. The ladies would not allow us to eat anything because they said it wasnt open until 6:30am. I feel it soured the experience. There were several times when I went down to the lobby and the attendant was no where to be found. There were several black spiders that I kept killing in the room.
