I left after I checked in and was not offered a refund. The room was filthy. There were blood and urine stains on the bed sheets and mattress. There was hair in the bathroom and in the tub.

wouldn't order delivery and leave it on the bed the next day and go for a bit, the cretin there will just throw it away and say,duh , I thought it was empty,. I ate glue for lunch.'. Only a certified doofus would wear sunglasses at night and then wonder why it’s so dark or can't tell that if something's not near the bin, that's it's not trash! literally threw away ish I spent my money on!lucky people aren't hired based on IQ! like a weak as sorry is gonna make up for the waste {the better thing to do would be to compensate but of course neither of you wanted to do that}!

ADVERTISING BREAKFAST INCLUDED ON BOOKING.COM WHICH IS A LIE.

Nothing really, the only glimmer of hope was the bed wasn't bad. They did allow dogs
Negatives:
Nasty and noisy, I had to ask house keeping to come sweep and mop. They came in and one handed swiped at the floor with a Swiffer type mop and left. When I left I felt like my dog was dirtier than when he came. The stay wasn't cheap either. It was over 200.
