The customer service by a man at the front desk was by far the worst experience I have ever had. When I arrived he allowed people to cut me in the line. When I spoke up that I was here first I was ignored then when I advised I would.

Breakfast hours are 6:00a to 9:00a and will not allow you to take food out of the dining area. Meaning you can not take food back to your room. I was checking out after almost a month and they refused to allow me take a Danish with me as I left.

They had excellent breakfast and I really enjoyed that, But other than that there wasnt anything else that I liked about the hotel, I just didnt feel like it looked the same was as it did on the pictures when I booked it, I wasnt pleased at all.

Yes it didnt look the same way as it did when I seen the pictures and it wasnt cleaned, had holes in my sheets and floor was nasty. It said they gad a pool and they did but with no water inside the hotel was just so nasty and I wasnt satisfied.

Was arrested for disorderly conduct that was a scam. Booked 3 nights didn't stay at all. 100 cash deposit for room not returned. Items were stolen. Worst experience.

The bed mattresses. Lumpy. One was very saggy. Had 2 queens. Good thing. I couldn't sleep comfortably in one of them.

Great location; we walked the 1.5 miles to and from CCU stadium and nearby bars. Kind and helpful staff. Price was right.

You get what you pay for, and theres a reason it was $75. Major renovations needed to charge more. Easy improvements: fix the flickering lights and change bulbs to warm lights instead of the awful cool, blue. Replace the cracked sink. Fix the fan/light that wont shut off. Remove the intense urine smell as you enter room 227. I think I read another review that noted all of these issues!
