Negatives: Key card to room didn’t work multiple times. Had to have front desk open door. Old, gross, dirty looking bathroom. Minimal breakfast options. I found the front desk reception unfriendly, but after staying one night in hotel I understand why.

Negatives: ROACHES! Rude front desk! Seemed put out with answering any ?’s. Reeked of weed!! Weed was coming into my room from bathroom fan that I could turn off! Had migraine entire night. LITERALLY SAW LIVE ROACHES & had to go buy RAID !!

Negatives: The floors were very sticky and felt gross to walk on bare foot

Negatives: When I got to the place you never reserved my reservation for one! For two I ended up paying cash for the room and you still charge my damn card! So when I called booking.com to straighten it out you give me a runaround and still try taking my money never ever again will I ever use your sight to book a room I will take my chances and go there first!! Some of the poorest service I ever gotten not to mention it feels like you were trying to scam me !!

Negatives: When we checked in the clerk did not give us the wife access code and when we got in the room and tried to call the desk to get the code we found that the wire had been ripped out of the receiver so had to walk back to the office to get the code then in the morning we walked up to get the included breakfast when we got there they had a waffle maker and an empty coffee pot when we ask the clerk where the food was she said their truck didn’t come the day before so they didn’t have anything to fix one would think if they knew the day before they would have gone out a got food for the guest so we had to go out to eat upon returning to our room to shower the shower was on full hot and the knob was stripped so could adjust it so went to wash up in the sink and noticed water pouring out from under the sink so back to the office got the manager and the clerk and had them come to the room to show them what it was doing her comment was it was leaking when I rented it the other day so she looked under the sink and the pipe was loose and looked at me and said someone got under there and loosened it like she thought I had done it we are both retired and travel stay in a lot off hotels and I never felt the need to to ever leave a review much less a bad one but I’ve never in my life been treated so rudely so we called corporate to complain something else I’ve never felt the need to do but this time yes we told them everything that happened so they put us on hold and call the manager and she lied and told them we damaged the pipe it’s under the sink how could we have done it and what would we have to gain by doing that I was just pointing out the condition of the room so corporate is supposed to get back to us in seven business day
