Positives:
Very helpful staff.
Negatives:
Both my partner and I started to get itchy shortly after checking in, turns out there was a baggie of dr*gs in the ac unit. Outside of that, the room was a bit dirty (spots all over the mirror, toilet wasn't clean, etc. Not just nit picky stuff).
Review
Dangerous to say the least.
Positives:
All was very comfortable - we asked several questions - an extra chair, where is the ice, etc. and always got a good answer.
Negatives:
Would have liked a cable channel guide, the TV menu only showed the local channels - Channel 10

Cleanest and most courteous staff in Pickens county SC
Positives:
Autumn was nice the morning I arrived.
Negatives:
It was full of cigarette smoke, paint peeling, mold in bathroom vent and sheets had smutt on them. Pics look like nothing in real life.
The worst experience EVER! We arrived so late/early in morning to find another place. We slept in our clothes and jackets from how nasty the beds were. We drove 19 hours to such a disappointing experience. Then had to leave a $100 deposit on top of paying my room online.

Opened the door to the room and the floor was filthy along with a roach. Stains on matress
Positives:
Property was nice and was exactly what we needed. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means but all we needed it for was a place to sleep for the night. Bathroom bed TV microwave and fridge. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
Nothing particularly bad about the property but it isn’t a luxury hotel. If you are looking for something super fancy you will be disappointed. It you just need somewhere to lay your head this will be perfect for you.

Clean/Nice staff
Positives:
Location.
Negatives:
The room was in dire need of extensive repairs, with notable issues including cracks in the door frame, an open and dirty ventilation fan in the bathroom, and a pipe in the bathroom that was not affixed to the wall. Three bugs were killed during the stay. Without immediate attention, it was becoming increasingly unlivable, detracting from the overall comfort and functionality of the space.

Positives:
It was a great price and a good location for what we needed
Negatives:
We were late arriving . I had made the hotel aware of this. Upon arriving we were told it was a smoking handicapped room. We do not smoke. Only other option was up two flights of stairs. My husband uses a motorized wheelchair chair so it wasn’t an option for us. We stayed in the stinking room
Review
Great value but not very clean and had to stay in a smoking room
Review
New bathroom, too small fridge- no freezer
