Negatives:
Was given a room in the last building next to the highway. It was late. Reserved a non-smoking room and this room had been smoked in recently. It was generally dirty and broken- torn rug, writing on the mirror and AC unit, table near collapsing, no desk chair, vanity in bathroom falling off wall and previously repaired with drywall screws, toilet paper roll holder pulled out of wall (had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and had no tissues), shower only had hot, scalding setting (cold water not working), mold in bathroom, bugs in the nightstand, no linens for the pull out bed (which was broken and filthy), trash in room, missing towels and pillows, When I checked out, I was told that the room was a smoking room and the clerk was not sure why it was given to me. A comment was made that we probably booked through Booking .com. Pictures showed there was breakfast, but there was none. Manager did not even try to make the situation more acceptable. Told me to contact Econolodge and Booking.com.
