Room was not cleaned properly. Trash in bathroom and room cans. 3 seemingly used washclothes, 1 dirty, left in bathroom. Toilet tissue in toilet. Realized late that a/c was not working. Had to turn off and open window because of no cool air and loud noise

Customer service was outstanding and beyond. The rep that was on duty Friday and Saturday she showed much compassion. I stayed on Saturday April 6,2024 I can’t spell her name but it begins with a (V) if I’m not mistaken. Best continental breakfast I ever had and it was free. Clean environment
