Red Roof Inn Florence Civic Center

Negatives: The room is suppose to be non smoking the bed had burn stains on it and it smelled like weed also writing on the light in the bathroom also

Negatives: This hotel was awful. The first room smelled the drugs and cigarettes. It was dirty. Dead flies on the bed. Looked like it had not been clean. I had to go request a room change. There were people walking around with beer, smoking weed which made me uncomfortable. I was too tired to not stay so I had no choice. The second room I was given was worse, except for the smell. There were pee stains on the sheets and comforter. This room also had dead flies on the bed when we arrived. The floor was dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The tub would not drain. The toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down for a good 20 seconds. The sink only put out scalding hot water. There were dead bugs on the walls, along with whatever any previous person left behind. There was ketchup on the hangers. The lamp was rusty, and all of the light switches were nasty to touch. I had to cancel the second night, which ruined my whole trip over thanksgiving. I would honestly like a refund for the night I had to stay there. Anything would have been worth more than staying in that hotel, and the pictures and advertising and e completely false and a fraud. This hotel is trash.

Negatives: The room snelled of pot , the floor was not clean and neither were the sheets. There was no remote for the tv and the hair blower did not work

Negatives: Room wasn't cleaned.. Couldn't get towels, heat didn't work very good
