The Indian lady that was here on Saturday, July 12th at 2pm was severely rude and her attitude was nasty towards me. I had an issue and needed to leave the residence I was staying at so I booked the hotel. I asked if there was anyway to check in early and I was willing to pay but she said absolutely NOT. So I wanted until 1:55pm and came back inside to check in and she was rude and telling me it was still too early (the hotel was not busy, few cars in the parking lot), and when she seen where I was from she made the comment “why you come here?” And then when I told her I just needed to get away, she shook her head at me while proceeding to say “you got email 2pm check in, no earlier”. She was VERY rude. It should be no one’s business on why I book a room! Will not come back again.

Refrigerator in room had a massive amount of ice in upper freezer, which apparently had been that way for a while, that it actually cracked the interior of the upper door shell. And could not get anything in it if you tried!

And the hostial manager kicked us out because I called corporate on the whole thing. He said he didn't like handicapped people they are too much trouble.

They tried us in two different rooms it’s was so hot cause the air was turned off and then it wouldn’t even get cold. Was only there ten mins and ask for a refund and was given a hard time and treated like I had went in the room to steal something is the way we was treated finally got our full refund. Also the bed was very hard

The shower was a dream it felt so good. The bed wasn't the best but it sure wasn't the worst.

Juice machine was broken. Breakfast wasn't anything great. I did see a waffle machine bananas and fruit loops and frosted flakes. They did have French vanilla cream so it was a win for me.

Nothing. The room was not cleaned prior to our stay. The bathroom tub had tons of hair in it from the previous occupant. There was used soap, shampoo etc from the previous occupant in the bathtub. All of these things confirms that the room was not cleaned prior to our stay. I addressed all of my concerns with the staff during my checkout and they offered me no compensation or anything. They ignored all of my concerns. Do not recommend and will never return this hotel.

Hardly anything there for breakfast. When asked, the staff said that's all you get for the price you paid. They should not be marketing for free breakfast.

The bedsheets were rags. The comforters were torn. Reserved King Delux Room. When I checked in, my room HAD to be changed to 2 doubles because we had a pet with us. That made no sense. The room was dingy and we felt unsafe. We checked in at 3:30 and checked out at 8pm.
